Once you have subscribed to a plan, you will find a folder in the Resource Dashboard for your chosen level. Inside this folder, there is a folder called '0. Getting Started'. Inside this folder, open the Getting Started document and you will see the password highlighted in yellow. Simply enter this into the pop-up password box to view each document.

You can cancel your subscription any time by going to ‘My Subscriptions’ within the Members area. To access the Members area, simply click on your profile picture, which will be a small circle at the top of the page containing either some letters or your own picture if you have uploaded one. If you cancel before the end of your recurring payment date, you will still have access up until the expiration date.

Yes, unless you manually cancel within the Members area or contact us (via the form on the homepage or by email) to cancel your plan.

Unfortunately not, no. In order to keep the documents secure and prevent sharing of the materials, the option to print has been disabled on the documents.

Yes. If you are a parent/carer and have several children in your household who would like to purchase different subscription plans, please email us to discuss this further.

Yes. Please email us to discuss one-off payments for school/class access. Discounts will be allocated depending on the number of students requiring a subscription.

Yes. Please email us to discuss discounted rates for teachers/lecturers subscribing to more than one plan. A valid school/council/college/university email address will be required on sign-up.

No. All resources on the website are either in the form of digital downloads or Quizlet links. All documents are in the form of PDFs.
